Activating the test connects you to the unique alphanumeric barcode within your sample collection kit. The laboratory cannot process your sample if the test is not activated and linked to you.

The sample must be collected while fasting and before 10am on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and returned on the same day. Each of our health tests includes a prepaid shipping envelope to return your sample to the laboratory.

Getting started is easy. From our website you can visit our products page and begin evaluating the currently available tests. When you find a test that is right for you, you can add the test to your shopping cart. The test kit is shipped within a couple of days after purchase. Once received, the test taker must register for it.

Please note that during the peak holiday season, we may experience up to 2-3 business day increase in processing times. If you have questions about a specific order, please email us our Customer Experience Team (info@camtech.org).

To edit your account information follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on Account details
  3. Here you can edit your first and last name, display name, email address and password
  4. Click the Save changes button to finalize the edited information

Ordering from Camtech Health online store is quick and hassle-free. If you wish to purchase over-the-counter test kits and/or other products, all you need to do is click on the ‘Shop section on the website and select the product you wish to buy from the product list. Once you select the product, you can click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and proceed to make the payment. Once your order has been confirmed, we will start preparing your order for delivery.

The following policy applies for purchases made through Camtech Health website. If you purchased Camtech product at another authorized retailer, please speak with a representative from the original place of purchase as Camtech must adhere to their policies and procedures. Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation, or replacement. In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement from purchases made on Camtech Health website, customers must provide proof of purchase.

For prompt service, please email our Customer Care Team and provide your order number for any request for the following:

  • If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your Camtech Health order.
  • If you've purchased multiple kits for a discounted rate and are no longer interested in one or more of the kits, we're happy to honor a refund based on the above guidelines. Discounts that are made available through the purchase of multiple kits will not reflect in any refunds that are completed by Camtech Health.
  • In all cases, Camtech Health cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit.

The order confirmation email that is sent shortly after your order is placed should contain the necessary information for your products.

Absolutely! All the products sold through our platform are inspected thoroughly for their authenticity and quality. Also, while delivering the products, our team follows strict safety protocols to ensure only the top-notch products get delivered to you.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc.

To check the status of your order, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select the “Orders” tab
  3. Under this tab, the status of all active and past orders will be shown

A customer can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after the order is placed. To do so, go to My Account and view Orders Processing. A Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible on current orders that are processing. Click the Cancel button and select your reason for cancellation to cancel the order. After cancellation, the order will be removed from your Orders Processing. Cancellation is not guaranteed if not done within the 10 minute grace period, as the order may have already shipped. At that point, please refer to the Return Policy. If the 10 minute grace period has passed, please contact Customer Service at info@camtech.org to request the cancellation of an order.

Camtech has a team of board-certified physicians who have created expert support materials and detailed result breakdowns for your testing journey. Our nursing team is on standby throughout the testing process and, if you test positive, you will receive a call to discuss your results.

a. How accurate is the testing process?

Your samples are processed in the same labs used by primary care providers, hospitals and government schemes. The laboratories are CAP-accredited, which are the highest levels of accreditation. Sample collection kits are manufactured within our ISO 13485 accredited facility, the highest level of accreditation for medical devices.

If your results show levels outside the expected range, a member of our nursing team will call you to explain your results and talk you through your next steps. If your cholesterol test results indicate you could benefit from treatment our nursing team may invite you to start treatment where appropriate.

Our nurses are skilled at explaining test results in a clear and understandable way and can help answer any questions you might have about your results. A written explanation of your results will also be made available on your secure dashboard and you can download your lab report to share with your healthcare provider.

Keeping your personal data secure is important to us. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure security and confidentiality of your information, and only share your information where required to deliver our products and services or where we have a legal basis to do so. All samples are disposed of following analysis.
